- Wished one child a happy birthday;
- Offered to buy the ice cream for anyone who hadn't paid for his or her ice cream yet (and made a joke about how it's legal as long as it's not in front of a polling station); and
- Ordered hot fudge sundae for himself and a banana split for Press Secretary Jay Carney.
Thanks a lot, Mr. President. Now, we are craving some ice cream.
