Ladies, ladies, settle down!

Don't believe the hype: George Clooney and Stacey Keibler are not -- we repeat, not -- breaking up ... despite the fact that George flew solo this WHCD weekend.

Stacey ditched her date because she was busy filming for a new gig on the show "Men At Work."

We heard that George arrived at the Bloomberg/Vanity Fair party on Saturday alongside Ariana Huffington, and then stayed out partying late. Apparently, he and Jimmy Kimmel were among the last to leave.

Well, we guess you're allowed to party all night when the girlfriend's at home!
 

Did you know? ... George Clooney might be a notorious serial dater, but he did have one very serious, long-lasting relationship -- with his pet Vietnamese potbellied pig, "Max." Max passed away in 2006, but we're sure George still has a warm place in his heart for Max, who lived with him since 1987.
