And, don't even try to get us to Tebow.
Zaching is the new pop trend.
This pose with a purpose is named for Zach Lederer, a journalism student at the University of Maryland that had a cancerous brain tumor removed last month. Shortly after Zach struck the pose in his hospital room (below), it became all the rage with celebs, college students, teens, Glittarazzi chicas -- and, now, NHL players.
Thursday evening, Washington Capitals Player John Carlson tweeted a pic of himself Zaching as he urged his followers to follow Zach.
"(Zaching) symbolizes Zach Lederer's courageous battle to fight cancer with his head held high," John tweeted. "His story is inspirational and his twitter is @zleds. A DMV native. Share kind words and show me some #zaching pictures!!"
Alrighty, folks! You heard Mr. Carlson.
On your mark, get set, Zach!
