E! Entertainment journalist Giuliana Rancic hosted the "National American Hairstyling Awards" in Las Vegas this week, and was honored with the "Beautiful Humanitarian" award.
Giuliana received the award for her work with breast cancer -- for sharing her own experience and educating others about the disease.
She's also supported causes, like Operation Smile, Mercy Home for Boys & Girls in Chicago, and Dress for Success.

Giuliana was born in Italy and came to the U.S. to study at the University of Maryland. She also completed her Master's Degree at American University, right smack-dab in Washington, D.C.!
