Miley Cyrus (a.k.a Hannah Montana) is engaged!
Her fiance? "Hunger Games" Star Liam Hemsworth.
The news broke when Miley posted a photo of her custom-made 3.5 carat diamond engagement ring -- by Neil Lane -- on Twitter (see photo, below).
The 19-year-old actress' engagement to marry her Aussie BF (who is 22) comes after the duo's three-year romance -- and, of course, it is one of the world's top trending topics on Twitter.
"I'm so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam," Miley said.
