Remember Leon Purvis?
He is the New Jersey high school junior that had big dreams of being buddies with Justin Bieber.
He even started a campaign to try to get Justin to come to prom with him -- just as "bros." However, even with 140,000 views on his YouTube video, a trending topic on Twitter, and media attention from folks like Glittarazzi, Perez Hilton and Ryan Seacrest, all he got was silence from Team Bieber.
Leon ended up having a great sense of humor about the situation, and even carried a cardboard cutout of the Biebs to prom.
But, it turns out that this story does have a happy ending! Justin's people finally got the hint and got him tickets to Justin's "Believe Tour."
Never say never, folks.
