The British chef and good-food advocate has designated Saturday, May 19, as Food Revolution Day. This effort is geared toward making sure that communities, people and restaurants around the globe may celebrate and educate each other on the importance of good, healthful food -- and the shortage of such food to the people who need it most.
Jamie’s Food Revolution is a global campaign to end unhealthful eating habits, especially targeting the quality of food in schools. Super-celebs like Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Aniston publicly support the movement, and so do we (even though we may or may not be drinking Dr. Pepper and eating Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos right now).
