The Global Fund fights AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis in countries of need -- such a worthy cause.
Though he hasn't been an avid supporter of this organization before, the "American Beauty" star is socially very active. He's advocated for "Declare Yourself," which is a campaign to energize young voters, and the "Keep Memory Alive" organization, which fights Alzheimer's.
We all fell in love with Kevin when we saw him doing good in "Pay it Forward," so it's great to see him doing good in real life!
