Capitol Hill's parking lot has been home to a vehicle with some pretty conspicuous vanity plates this year -- and now we know who's behind the wheel.
Scott Graves, Texas Republican Rep. K. Michael Conaway's legislative director, has been pushing the black Lincoln Navigator with plates that say "WTF 44."
While Rep. Conaway's office is making us SMH and say that the WTF doesn't necessarily stand for what we all think. Riiiight. And the 44 reference? A Republican couldn't be possibly referring to, say, our Democratic POTUS, the 44th president, right?
Instead of trying to weasel out a better excuse, we are told the plates are being replaced.
So, please stop making us ROFL with your lame excuse.
