The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are saying that they are saddened by the "grotesque and unjustifiable invasion of privacy" by CLOSER magazine, which published topless photos of Kate that were taken of Kate during a vacay in France.
The royal family says it may seek legal action against the mag. But, its editor says the couple was "visible from the street" and that the pics are "not in the least shocking."
