We can't see any reason to dislike Amy Poehler.

The actress is not only incredibly funny and talented ... she also plays one of the strongest female leads on TV today.

So, it came as no surprise to us to see that Amy is just as fantastic in real life when we watched her latest ad, in which she asks Californians to vote to protect the rights of domestic workers.

Bill AB 889 would protect the state's domestic workers under laws that include overtime pay and rest breaks.

"Many people ask me how I balance it all and the truth is it wouldn't be possible for me to do all those things without the help I get in my home every day," Amy explains. "It's time these workers were treated with dignity and respect."
