A new USA Network sitcom is taking its inspiration from the life of one of our favorite political power players: Hillary Rodham Clinton.
"Political Animals" stars Sigourney Weaver as Elaine Barrish Hammond, a former first lady who runs for president and becomes secretary of state (sound familiar?).
She's even involved in a scandal when it's found out that her husband had a mistress while running the country -- except that Elaine, unlike Hill, decides she's not playing that game. She immediately asks him for a divorce.
We're so excited to watch this show. As a comedy, we're excited to see the softer side of Hill that we only occasionally get to glimpse (even if it's not actually Hillary doing these things).
