Just when we thought it was safe to talk to our World Bank-working friends, we heard that Former International Monetary Fund Chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn was making headlines ... again.
Yes, folks, this time, DSK has been charged with "aggravated pimping" -- a.k.a. "aggravated procurement in an organized gang" -- for his alleged participation in a prostitution ring.
We are sure DSK is aggravated by this news, but so are we.
All we wanted was a simple, 5 o'clock drink with our international-finance friends, but now that would entail listening to even more illegal sex gossip. (And, we sure don't want to imagine old, naked men with prostitutes in our beloved W Hotel. Ick!)
See, this really is aggravating.
